Bach John BACHJOHANN's products are covered by an one-year warranty from the date of purchase.


Warranty vouchers include: sales vouchers, purchase invoices, customers who buy in official stores need to show screenshots of purchase records, and after-sales customer service verification, they can participate in the warranty without showing invoices.


Consumers from the date of purchase within 7 days, under normal operating conditions (non-man-made damage), there are quality problems, without demolition and repair, can enjoy guaranteed replacement service.


Products sold through unofficial channels are not covered by warranty.

During the warranty period, under normal operating conditions, there is a quality failure, and the products sent for repair are verified by the official maintenance personnel and can enjoy free maintenance service. The warranty service does not include transportation costs and door-to-door maintenance.


Free maintenance services will not be available if the warranty is invalid under the following circumstances:
1. Product failure or damage caused by incorrect installation, storage and use by the user not in accordance with the instructions.
2. Damage caused by force majeure.
3. Product failure or damage caused by disassembly not by an officially authorized organization or personnel.
4. Cannot show valid purchase certificate or valid warranty card.
5. The purchase date exceeds the warranty period.


After the expiration of the warranty, users can still get the official fee-based maintenance service.
